👋🏼 Hi there, I’m Matt
Welcome to Game of One. I write about what I’m observing in my life as I live it. The questions that I keep coming back to are “Who am I?”, “What do I want?”, and “How can I live in alignment?”
What we experience constantly changes, and for me, those ebbs and flows are reflected in this blog. When I was living off of savings and facing feelings of scarcity, I investigated my beliefs on money. When I was surfing in rural Indonesia, I discovered the power of living one good day at a time. As I settled into NYC, I reflect on my ever-changing seasonal lifestyle that balances my need for connection with my yearning for nature. And as the end of 2023 arrived, I reflected on the entire year of being on sabbatical.
My intention is to share how I’m approaching my life as it unfolds. Through curiosity, openness, and exploration, I strive to discover more of myself as well as the interconnecting fabric that unites us all. I hope you’ll join me :)
